Fitness Protection Program offers an inclusive, welcoming environment designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals. Whether your goal is to improve your weight, strength, diet, or all three, you’ll find a community filled with members just like you.
Our trainers will meet with members on an individual basis (if requested) to set up personal and realistic goals to create a plan just for you.
With an ever-changing line-up of workouts and strength moves, you and your muscles will never be bored. Each 40-minute workout includes a five-minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of work and a five-minute stretch period. Our focus is on one area per day – hitting each of these areas once per week:
- Lower body
- Upper body
- Full body
Saturday workouts are typically re-focus on one of the areas listed above, but the workout will be new. The schedule changes each week, so make sure to check our Facebook page for the current weekly schedule, or click here for our daily schedule.
Showers, toiletry storage and changing rooms are available for member use.
