Our 40-minute workouts maximize your effort and fit easily into your schedule.  No need to sign up for classes  - just show up ready to sweat-

   


           Weekly Schedule  (Memorial Day Weekend Schedule is modified- No Friday evening classes, no Saturday class, Monday May 29th there will be a 8:15 AM family friendly workout only)

Boot-Camp Monday though  Friday (*Note Friday there is a noon class in place of the 11:45am) **
