Our 40-minute workouts maximize your effort and fit easily into your schedule.  No need to sign up for classes  - just show up ready to sweat.

(If you haven't attended FPP before- please show up 10 minutes early!)

8:30 AM (1 hour class)


Yoga
Monday & Wednesday

6:50 PM

Sunday (Sunday classes are in addition to regular membership- do not have to be a member to attend- cost is "donation based" - pay what you want :)

8:45am  Indoor Cycle/Rower (must have own bike- if need a trainer conact Julie before 2:00pm Saturday)- If want to join on a rower- contact Julie by Sunday am - 4 rowers available.
