She decided that she wanted to change her lifestyle to a healthier one. After several “false starts” during the spring and summer she recommitted herself and lost over 55 pounds! She achieved this by cutting out soda and sweets while focusing on healthy eating. She coupled her new healthy eating habits with a dedicated exercise regime as well.

After a 3-month internship and training period, she completed her American Aerobics and Fitness Association Certification in March of 2014. She is also CPR and AED certified. She plans on running her first marathon during the Route 66 Marathon in November of 2014. She lives in Broken Arrow with her husband Tony and their three dogs – DOG, Chewchi and Creed.

Anne Pagano

Trainer

Anne started as a member of FPP in March 2013. In high school she was very active and involved in sports, but in college her activity level decreased. She gained weight and lacked energy. After college she started reading some nutrition and fitness blogs and became inspired by the community, realizing that physical activity and whole, nutritious food were what her body needed. Discovering boot camp-style workouts helped her stay fit and the FPP class schedule works really well with her busy life.

After a 3-month internship and training period, she completed her American Aerobics and Fitness Association Certification in March of 2014. She is also CPR and AED certified.

She has completed three half-marathons with a goal of running a full marathon in November of 2014. When she is not at FPP you can find her with the two kiddos that she nannies or with her wonderful family. She married Holt in September of 2013. They live in Tulsa with their two dogs – Luna and NASA.
