Key Definitions 

Run  (verb)  -to go faster than a walk specifically : to go steadily by springing steps so that both feet leave the ground for an instant in each step.

Running (noun) – the action of running (yes, weird using the word in the definition- but according to Websters’….)

Runner (noun) – one who runs, YOU!😊 Runners come in all ages, shapes and sizes- You are a “real runner” if you run.

Run Coaching Services Available

Plans Only- After meeting with you to discuss goals and experience, I will create a personal written plan for your individual goals. I will follow up after a quarter of plan is completed to adjust if needed. This plan includes 1-2 contacts a week via email, call or text. 

  • Couch to 5K-  (12 week plan)- $35

  • Couch to ½ Marathon- (16 -20  week plan)- $45

  • Couch to Marathon- (20-28 week plan) -$55

  • Half Marathon specific goal (16-20 week)  (PR) Has already completed a half and is in fairly good running shape -$65

  • Marathon specific goal (18-28 week) Has already completed a half and is in fairly good running shape- $75

Monthly Coaching with Plan- This includes an individual plan based on your goals and experience, weekly plan updates based on progress , unlimited texts/emails contacts and 1-2 in person meets a month. $70- a month, $20 addition in person meets outside the 2 included

Coaching is a very personal experience. In order to provide the best service to my clients I will limit the number of athletes I coach. The coach and the athlete must mesh together in order to get the best results- that’s why I will meet each potential client and we can decide if our styles will be productive together.
